The Field: Facilitator Program
A training and apprenticeship to become facilitators and teachers within The Consciousness School.
Service Description
The Field is designed for people drawn toward conscious conversation, group work, and human transformation through depth, integrity, and presence. This is not traditional teacher training. It is the development of the person who holds the room. Participants learn how to facilitate conversations, guide groups, work with emotional dynamics, and create spaces where honesty, reflection, and consciousness expansion can emerge naturally. The training focuses on: conscious facilitation group dynamics observation and listening emotional and energetic awareness holding space without control language and presence guiding without performance creating meaningful transformational experiences The apprenticeship element allows participants to gradually step into leadership inside The Consciousness School itself, developing their own voice and facilitation style while learning directly through practice, observation, and mentorship. The goal is not to create copies of a teacher. It is to develop facilitators capable of holding authentic human spaces in their own way. Cancellation Policy
These sessions are a space for personal exploration, reflection, and expanded awareness. They are not therapy, medical advice, or professional counsel. You are fully responsible for any decisions or actions that follow. Sessions are confidential, non-refundable, and require full payment in advance. Rescheduling is available with 48 hours notice. No-shows forfeit full payment. By booking, you confirm you are not in a mental health crisis, and that you agree in full to the Conscious Participation & Responsibility Agreement and the Booking, Payment, and Participation Policy.
